MINI SMART CONTROLLER
This is an updated version of Smart Controller ,but in a smaller PCB and can be setup using only serial port and a computer using an serial terminal software . Uses a new set of commands for setting the parameters . All these parameters can be set through the serial port:
- Network IP
- Network Gateway
- Network Mask
- Mac Address
- Network Port
- Controller ID ( UDP only )
- Setting the controller UDP or web
- Info about parameters
- Names for outputs to be displayed on the webpage ( WEB only )
This version have 6 relay outputs and 4 TTL outputs . The relay outputs can be accessed using first webpage of the controller ( index.htm ) and the TTL outputs can be accessed thru second webpage ( page2.htm ) .

Web Controller info
To setup the controller can be used an serial terminal software using a PC .Can be used
Hyper Terminal on older windows systems , RealTerm on Win7 ,etc .
The terminal must be setup for baud rate:9600 , data bits:8 , parity:none , stop bits:1 ,
hardware flow control:none and must send ASCII characters and no termination.
The controller can be conected to the serial port of PC using an adapter RS232 to TTL or
an USB serial adapter with TTL level output .
commands for setting network parameters:
SETMODEN enter setup mode
SETEXTEN exits setup
SETIP:192.168.000.006EN set ip and must be in the form of 000 if zero or 001 if one, etc
SETPORT:8081EN set port and must be in the form of 0000 if zero or 0001 if one, etc
SETMAC:00:01:02EN set mac and must be in the form of 00 if zero or 01 if one, etc
SETGTW:192.168.000.001EN set gateway and must be in the form of 000 if zero or 001 if one, etc
SETMSK:255.255.255.000EN set mask and must be in the form of 000 if zero or 001 if one, etc
SETUDPEN set as UDP controller
SETWEBEN set as WEBserver controller
INFO displays the network parameters
SETIDEN set UDP ID
After finishing the settings , must be sent the command SETEXTEN to enable the controller .
Command INFO is working only if the controller is in setup mode .
For all acknowledged commands , the controller will send back " OK " .
commands for setting web text:
SETMODEN enter setup mode
SETEXTEN exits setup
TXT01OUTPUT 01EN text for output 1 "OUTPUT 01" = name editable must be 9 characters
TXT02OUTPUT 02EN text for output 2 "OUTPUT 02" = name editable must be 9 characters
TXT03OUTPUT 03EN text for output 3 "OUTPUT 03" = name editable must be 9 characters
TXT04OUTPUT 04EN text for output 4 "OUTPUT 04" = name editable must be 9 characters
TXT05OUTPUT 05EN text for output 5 "OUTPUT 05" = name editable must be 9 characters
TXT06OUTPUT 06EN text for output 6 "OUTPUT 06" = name editable must be 9 characters
TXT07OUTPUT 07EN text for output 7 "OUTPUT 07" = name editable must be 9 characters
TXT08OUTPUT 08EN text for output 8 "OUTPUT 08" = name editable must be 9 characters
TXT09OUTPUT 09EN text for output 9 "OUTPUT 09" = name editable must be 9 characters
TXT10OUTPUT 10EN text for output 10 "OUTPUT 10" = name editable must be 9 characters
If the name is to short , than must use space to fill all nine characters .
